Know what stays on your phone and what happens when you contact support.
App content
Nodewhisp processes imported content on your device. Projects remain in app storage until you delete them or remove the app. Device backups follow your operating system and backup settings. Exported copies remain wherever you save or send them; deleting a project does not remove those copies.
Permissions and sharing
System file and photo pickers let you choose specific items. The app does not upload project content to us. When you use the share sheet, the destination you choose controls the shared copy.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles any store payment and its account data. We do not receive your card details. Store providers may supply aggregated sales and platform reports.
Website and support
Netlify hosts this website and may process connection logs such as IP addresses. Our support form collects the name, email and message you submit so Starter Studio, Inc. can respond. Do not send passwords, sensitive documents or private keys. Support records are kept for resolving requests and required business records; contact us through the form to request access or deletion.
No ads or third-party app analytics
The launch scope includes neither advertising SDKs nor third-party app analytics. See the app’s open-source notices for its bundled libraries.
